I’m an NCTJ-trained journalist and content writer specialising in real-life, health and lifestyle features.
My work appears in titles, including The Daily Mail, The Sun, The Mirror, Metro, Take a Break, That’s Life, Bella, Closer, Best, Woman & Home, Woman, Woman’s Own, QVC, Real People, Chat and Pick Me Up.
I run Tell and Sell Stories, a media agency helping people share their experiences with the national press - matching powerful, personal stories with the right platform.
Alongside journalism, I offer content writing, editing, proofreading and website development services, and I’m available for commissions, feature desk shifts and case study sourcing.
NCTJ qualified in Newspaper Journalism (Public Affairs parts 1&2 and Media Law parts 1&2).
100 wpm Teeline shorthand (Pass with distinction).
2:1 BA (Hons) in Multimedia Journalism at Bournemouth University (Course accredited by the three main journalism bodies NCTJ, PTC & BJTC).
